Hi, I’m Gina…
I’m an independent Line Producer and Creative Producer with over 15 yers of experience in television, branded content, live events, scripted and digital production.
I grew up in Queens - playing baseball in the street, eating way too much pizza and watching hours of TV. I was hooked early, not just on the stories but on the process. I’d devour any behind-the-scenes footage I could find (DVD bonus features were my personal goldmine), fascinated by the teams working behind the curtain - problem solvers who kept things running, balanced budgets, managed personalities and brought ideas to life. Without knowing it, I was already in love with production.
I graduated from CUNY Hunter College with a double major in Film and History and made the move to LA, where I started at the bottom and worked my way up from PA to Producer to Line Producer, across everything from scrappy passion projects to million-dollar branded campaigns. I cut my teeth in reality TV, which taught me about grit, speed and how to make decisions under pressure (and without sleep).
Now I produce across a range of formats: branded campaigns, editorial shoots, marketing activations, live and experimental events, international shoots and YouTube series for clients like Meta, Disney, Netflix, Disney, ABC, Portal A and Mr Beast. I manage budgets from $10K to $1MM, lead multicultural teams across time zones and keep production running smoothly and safely, from concept to delivery. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and thrive in cross-cultural, collaborative spaces. Whether it’s union or non-union, any city in the US or international, I bring structure, clarity and calm to the chaos.
I’m passionate about creative inclusive teams, mentoring crew and bringing a creative spark to logistical strategy. I’m always down to problem solve, brainstorm or build something from the ground up.
